Taking Things to a New Level
Snell Golf is a boutique maker of high performance, affordable golf balls and needed to shift their image up a few notches. Relying on the advances of your rivals rarely grows a business. With a simple design, they were able to capture a new segment of golf, data. Inspiration was the phone in our pocket. Most components of modern communication could easily fit inside of a golf ball and so portraying their ball as advanced as a phone was key.
A journey diving into the technology was our first call with the Agency Duglas and Rowe’s idea and we ran with it. This version of the spot shows the forthcoming AI technology which discerns which data is relevant to the situation, but would simply be a phone side application, so the chip in a brain motif was license.
